![]() ![]() If you have no blinky lights of any kind on the panel it could be a power supply or you may be able to get the panel repaired by Creston for considerably less than buying a new one. So an XPanel may not help in that situation. What does "dead" mean? No lights of any kind on the panel? Or does it light up, but none of the buttons work? If you can see an image on the screen but it doesn't do anything, the problem is more likely to be with the processor or connection between processor and panel. ![]() If it's an IP panel we have a good shot at getting you connected. If it's an old Cresnet panel, you are similarly out of luck. What kind of panel? Do you have a model number? If not, can you describe it? If it's one of the little wireless touchpanels you may be out of luck unless the integrator already programmed an XPanel in for you. Info that would help us better answer your question: ![]()
